The Buffalo Bills have re-signed linebacker Otis Reese IV just three days after releasing him. The team cut rookie fullback Jackson Acker, who played sparingly in his first preseason game. Reese originally joined the Bills on August 6 when Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles was placed on injured reserve. After being released to accommodate a roster move, Reese is back with the team in his third stint. Acker, undrafted out of Wisconsin, had limited playing time against the Carolina Panthers before his release.
