The St. Louis Blues have traded two first-round picks to acquire center Mason McTavish from the Anaheim Ducks. As part of the deal, the Blues gave up picks Nos. 15 and 29 in this year's draft. McTavish, 23, has a $7 million cap hit remaining on his six-year contract and brings a 41-point season record to St. Louis. The team retains picks Nos. 11 and 16 after the trade.
