Bob Else, 91, begins 75th season as Connecticut basketball referee

Bob Else, a 91-year-old basketball referee from Cheshire, Connecticut, begins his 75th officiating season this winter. Known for his passion and dedication to the sport, Else has also contributed significantly to coaching and youth programs, including the founding of the Cheshire Mustangs youth baseball team. Initially starting officiating during high school in 1952, he has continued despite suggestions to lighten his schedule as he aged.
