Bobby Wagner makes NFL's top 100 while remaining a free agent

Summary

Former Washington Commanders linebacker Bobby Wagner has been ranked No. 81 in the NFL's top 100 players list for 2026. Wagner, 36, is currently unsigned after the Commanders opted not to renew his contract for this season as they focus on acquiring younger talent. Over the past two seasons with Washington, he made significant contributions, including leading the team in tackles last season. Despite his impressive statistics, Wagner faced challenges in coverage, leading to mixed evaluations of his performance. He has not announced retirement but is available for teams needing a veteran linebacker.
