Borussia Dortmund signs Konstantinos Karestas from KRC Genk for record fee

Borussia Dortmund has signed 18-year-old Greek international Konstantinos Karestas from KRC Genk. The transfer deal is reportedly worth a club-record fee of €32 million plus add-ons. Karestas had a notable season with Genk, where he contributed 18 assists and three goals across all competitions. Dortmund outmaneuvered other European clubs, including AC Milan, to secure Karestas’ signature. He is expected to complete his medical in the coming days and may join the squad after their preseason tour of Japan.
