Borussia Monchengladbach acquires Nicolas Kühn on loan from Como

Borussia Monchengladbach completed a loan deal for winger Nicolas Kühn as the summer transfer window approaches its deadline. The 26-year-old moves to the Bundesliga side after spending one season in Italy with Como. Kühn struggled to secure a consistent role at the Italian club, recording one goal and one assist across 24 Serie A appearances. Prior to his time in Italy, he enjoyed a productive tenure at Celtic where he scored 24 goals and recorded 18 assists in 69 matches while contributing to four trophy wins. The transfer provides the attacker an opportunity to regain form following his departure from Cesc Fabregas’ plans. The move follows his high-profile €19m transfer from Scotland to Italy just one year ago.
