Boston Legacy announces future move to White Stadium in 2028

The Boston Legacy will relocate to White Stadium, their future permanent home, in 2028. For the upcoming season, the NWSL team will play at Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The decision follows the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's rejection of a lawsuit that threatened to delay construction at White Stadium. Mayor Michelle Wu highlighted the community benefits expected from the new facility, which will feature 10,500 seats and modern amenities. Renovations at White Stadium are currently underway.
