Bournemouth proposes swap deal with Lazio for Christos Mandas
Summary

Bournemouth is attempting to retain Christos Mandas by offering Alex Jimenez to Lazio in a swap deal. Mandas, who was on loan at Bournemouth, had not played during his time due to the team’s reliance on Djordje Petrovic. The option for Bournemouth to buy Mandas for €18 million expires on June 15. Jimenez, a Real Madrid academy product, has faced a suspension due to legal troubles. Lazio is cautious about accepting the deal given Jimenez’s controversies and may prefer to keep Mandas as a starter.
