Brad Keselowski misses the NASCAR Cup Series Chase for second straight year

Brad Keselowski will not participate in the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs after finishing 18th in the regular season standings. The driver of the No. 6 car maintained a position near the top 12 during the early portion of the season before a mid-season slump forced him below the playoff cut line. Despite missing the field himself, Keselowski will continue to participate in the championship hunt as a co-owner of RFK Racing. His team successfully qualified teammates Chris Buescher and Ryan Preece for the postseason, marking the first time since 2023 that the organization has placed two drivers in the Chase. Keselowski intends to compete through the final 10 races of the year with a focus on securing a victory for the No. 6 team.
