Braden Montgomery is set to make his Major League Baseball debut with the Chicago White Sox on June 9. The 23-year-old outfielder was called up after a strong season in the minors, where he batted.314 with 10 home runs for the Birmingham Barons and Charlotte Knights. Montgomery, a former star at Madison Central, was selected 12th overall in the 2024 MLB Draft before being traded to the White Sox in December 2024.
