Bradford Bulls have signed Widnes Vikings full-back Nathan Connell on a two-year contract starting with the 2027 season. The 23-year-old current Widnes player recorded 20 tries in 26 appearances throughout this year. Connell previously played for Salford under current Bradford head coach Kurt Haggerty. Following the move, the player expressed his intent to return to the Super League environment to push his development. He stated the transfer aims to challenge his abilities outside of his current comfort zone. Connell will remain with Widnes for the remainder of his current commitment before joining the Bradford squad.
