Brandon Aiyuk issued arrest warrant sparks concerns over NFL future

An arrest warrant for Brandon Aiyuk was issued by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office on June 4, 2026, adding complications to the receiver’s NFL career. The warrant stems from a December incident where Aiyuk posted a video of himself driving over the speed limit. Emmanuel Acho commented on the situation, suggesting that Aiyuk's value to teams has diminished, raising questions about his future play in the league. Aiyuk, who has not played since October 2024, faces a misdemeanor charge that could carry a penalty of up to 90 days in jail and a fine of $500.
