Brandon Aiyuk, currently on the 49ers' reserve/left team list, is pushing for reinstatement ahead of the trade deadline on November 10. Aiyuk, who suffered a season-ending ACL injury in 2024, has hired agent Drew Rosenhaus to facilitate his return. Despite expressing interest in joining the Washington Commanders last year, no trade occurred, and the 49ers have indicated he is not in their plans moving forward. If reinstated, the team could cut Aiyuk due to voided contract guarantees from 2025, allowing for a potential change in his situation soon.
