Braves place Ronald Acuña Jr. on IL, add Rowdy Tellez to roster

The Atlanta Braves placed outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. on the 10-day injured list on June 10, 2026, due to a strained left hamstring. This marks Acuña’s second IL stint for the same issue this year. In response, the Braves selected infielder Rowdy Tellez to their major league roster. Tellez, who signed a minor league deal before Opening Day, has performed well in Triple-A with a 123 wRC+ in 207 plate appearances.
