Brazil under-20 beach soccer team begins training for Conmebol tournament

The Brazil men’s under-20 beach soccer national team commenced training sessions on Copacabana beach on August 14. Coach Juninho is leading two-a-day practices with a squad of 12 players, including both experienced and new members. The team is preparing for the Conmebol U-20 tournament, set to take place in Lima, Peru, starting August 20. Juninho emphasized maintaining the team's core and style of play while aiming to reclaim the title Brazil lost in 2023. Training will continue until August 19 ahead of their first match, scheduled against Ecuador on August 23.
