Brazilian referees prepare for the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Poland

Brazilian officials Charly Deretti, Anne Gomes de Sá, and Fernanda Nandrea have been selected to represent the country at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, taking place in Poland from September 5 to September 27. The officiating trio is assigned to work the Group C match between France and South Korea. FIFA has named 68 match officials in total for the tournament, including 18 referees and 36 assistants. This competition is considered a development milestone for women's international football. Fernanda Nandrea and Anne Gomes de Sá bring prior experience from recent U-17 World Cup assignments to the current event. Meanwhile, Brazil's national team opens its tournament play on Saturday against Tanzania at Bielsko-Biała Stadium, followed by group stage matches against Canada and England later this month.
