Brazilian forward Dudinha sustained a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in her right knee, along with a meniscal injury, during a friendly match against the United States on June 9. The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) confirmed the diagnosis following examinations conducted on June 10. Dudinha has already begun treatment with the national team's medical staff. Surgery is scheduled and will be coordinated with her club, San Diego Wave.
