The World Dance Sport Federation has submitted a bid for breaking to be included in the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games. Breaking made its Olympic debut in Paris 2024 but was not selected for the Los Angeles 2028 Games. WDSF President Shawn Tay emphasized the aim is to secure a long-term future for athletes and maintain the Olympic pathway for the next generation.
