Brentford promotes mental health awareness through Talking is the Best Tactic campaign

Brentford marked World Suicide Prevention Day by highlighting its Talking is the Best Tactic initiative across the local community. Bees defender Kristoffer Ajer, club ambassador Karleigh Osborne, and several supporters participated in a video series to discuss the importance of open conversations regarding mental health. The club dedicated its recent Premier League fixture against Sunderland to the campaign, which aligns with the league's wider Together Against Suicide efforts. Six public benches have been installed in the local area to serve as focal points for residents to connect and engage in dialogue. The club intends to continue promoting these resources and community wellbeing initiatives throughout the 2026/27 season. Supporters are encouraged to access professional mental health support through the NHS, Samaritans, or the club's dedicated online resources.
