Brentford promotes mental health initiative during match against Sunderland

As part of the Premier League's Together Against Suicide initiative, the club aims to encourage supporters to have conversations regarding mental wellbeing. A bench used for confidential player and staff discussions will be relocated outside the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday to facilitate fan engagement. Trained representatives from the Brentford FC Community Sports Trust and the Samaritans will be available to provide information on local support resources. The club is also highlighting its free community programs, including Singing for Thought and Walking for Wellbeing, to help participants build connections. Additionally, the match serves as a Friends and Family fixture, allowing club members to bring guests and foster social reconnection.
