Brian Kelly will debut as a color commentator for CBS Sports on August 29, calling the Jacksonville State vs. North Dakota State game. Following his firing from LSU, where he posted a 34-14 record, Kelly will also serve as a studio analyst for "Inside College Football" each Tuesday. His coaching stint ended after a disappointing 5-3 start to the 2025 season, leading LSU to seek a new direction in its coaching staff. Kelly's role marks his first foray into broadcasting after being a head coach since the 1980s.
