Brian Kelly struggles to adjust to life as college football analyst

Former LSU coach Brian Kelly revealed difficulty watching the opening weekend of college football following his firing from the program last season. Currently working as a CBS Sports analyst, Kelly noted on SiriusXM that his 35-year tenure as a coach made the transition to the broadcast booth challenging. Kelly maintained a 34-14 record during his time at LSU before his departure following a 5-3 start. Despite his exit, he praised the current performance of the Tigers, who secured a victory against Clemson in their season opener. Kelly has been involved in collegiate coaching since 1984, including head coaching roles at Central Michigan and Grand Valley State. He acknowledged that the adjustment remains difficult after spending decades on the sidelines.
