Brian Schottenheimer evaluates Broderick Jones after his arrival in Dallas

Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer expressed satisfaction with the early progress of offensive tackle Broderick Jones. Following his acquisition from the Pittsburgh Steelers, Jones is currently adapting to the Cowboys’ offensive system. While the coaching staff is refining some of the tackle's techniques, Schottenheimer praised his athleticism and work ethic. Jones previously struggled with position changes in Pittsburgh and dealt with a neck injury that ended his 2025 season.
