Brian Thomas Jr. poised for bigger role in Jaguars offense
Summary

The Jacksonville Jaguars are set to rely on Brian Thomas Jr. as part of their offense in 2026. Following a standout rookie season with nearly 1,300 receiving yards, Thomas faced challenges in 2025, finishing with only 707 yards and struggling with dropped passes. Jaguars head coach Liam Coen is focused on rebuilding Thomas's chemistry with quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Early indications from minicamp and OTAs suggest that Thomas may regain his form, which would significantly enhance the Jaguars' offensive capabilities.
