Brice Turang makes push for All-Star voting as deadline approaches

Brice Turang is the only Milwaukee Brewers player with a chance to advance in the MLB All-Star Game fan voting, with three days remaining in Phase 1. Turang has 739,111 votes, trailing Philadelphia's Bryson Stott by 62,000 for second place among National League second basemen. The top two vote-getters at each position will advance to Phase 2 voting starting June 29. Ozzie Albies currently leads the second base voting with 972,537 votes. Other Brewers ranked in the top five at their positions include William Contreras, Jake Bauers, and Christian Yelich. Turang has an.823 OPS, 11 home runs, and 12 stolen bases so far this season.
