Bristol Rovers have signed goalkeeper Charlie Binns on a one-year contract. As part of the deal, Binns will spend the upcoming season on loan at non-league Malvern Town. The 21-year-old previously played for Ipswich Town's academy and spent last season at Bath City in the National League South.
