Broncos keep Jonah Elliss at OLB to support his development

The Denver Broncos have decided to keep outside linebacker Jonah Elliss at his position rather than move him to inside linebacker. Coach Sean Payton indicated that Elliss is making significant progress as an edge player, leading to the decision to maintain his current role. While there may be situations where he lines up inside, Elliss is expected to continue primarily as an edge defender. During his first two seasons, he recorded 11 quarterback hits and 7.5 sacks.
