Broncos WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey faces competition for roster spot
Summary

The Denver Broncos are evaluating wide receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey as they prepare for the upcoming NFL season. After the addition of Jaylen Waddle, Humphrey's chances of securing a spot on the 53-man roster have diminished due to an increasingly talented receiving corps. Humphrey, a seventh-year player, has had varying success in previous seasons, contributing significantly in 2025 but also struggling with key drops. Broncos head coach Sean Payton may still favor Humphrey, potentially landing him on the practice squad as the roster cuts approach.
