Brooklyn Nets sign Grant Nelson to a two-way contract

The Brooklyn Nets and Grant Nelson reached an agreement on a two-way contract on September 4, 2026. Agent Max Wiepking confirmed the deal with the team on Wednesday. The 24-year-old player is a seven-footer who previously played for the organization on a 10-day contract. His performance during that brief stint at the end of the previous season prompted the Nets to bring him back into the fold. A two-way contract allows Nelson to split time between the NBA roster and the team's G League affiliate throughout the upcoming season. He will now look to earn consistent playing time as he integrates further into the Brooklyn rotation.
