Brooks Dow leads Pickens to first 3-0 start since 2010

Quarterback Brooks Dow has helped guide Pickens to an undefeated 3-0 start this season, marking the program's best beginning since 2010. Through the first three games, Dow has recorded 806 total yards and 13 touchdowns, including 406 passing yards and 400 rushing yards. The senior previously committed to the University of South Carolina as a preferred walk-on, where he plans to transition from quarterback to tight end. Head coach James Reynolds attributes the team's success to the chemistry of a core group that has played together since middle school. Last season, the team finished with a 3-8 record, but the current roster has remained intact without incoming transfers. Dow continues to prepare for his collegiate transition while maintaining his focus on the remainder of his final high school season.
