Browns claim defensive tackle Coziah Izzard off waivers

The Cleveland Browns announced they have claimed defensive tackle Coziah Izzard off waivers as of Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Izzard was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2025 before spending time on the practice squads of the Chiefs and the Arizona Cardinals. He was recently cut by the Cardinals on August 3. In response to the claim, the Browns waived wide receiver Aaron Anderson with an injury designation.
