Browns GM discusses Deshaun Watson's uncertain future beyond 2026

Summary

Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry addressed quarterback Deshaun Watson's future with the team during a Friday segment on 92.3 The Fan. Berry stated that 'everything's on the table' regarding Watson's tenure beyond the 2026 season. Despite a fully guaranteed five-year, $230 million contract signed in 2022, Watson's performance has been inconsistent, and injuries limited him to 19 games over four seasons. With a new coaching regime and competition for the starting job, Watson will need to perform well in the 2026 season to secure his future in Cleveland.
