Browns place Kendrick Green on IR, sign two new players

The Browns announced roster changes on August 7, placing guard Kendrick Green on injured reserve. Green is set to miss the season or will be released with injury settlement upon recovery. He previously played one game for the Browns and has appeared in 36 games with the Steelers and Texans. The team added offensive lineman Jack Conley, who spent last season on Cleveland's practice squad, and cornerback Jeadyn Lukus, recently waived by the Titans. They also waived wide receiver Jamari Thrash and linebacker Reid Carrico.
