Browns tight end Harold Fannin fully cleared after surgery

Harold Fannin Jr., the tight end for the Browns, has been fully cleared to participate in training camp after undergoing offseason groin surgery. He missed the entire offseason program due to this injury, which he sustained in Week 17 of the prior season. Fannin underwent rehab for 6-8 weeks and received medical clearance two weeks ago. He reported early to training camp to familiarize himself with the new offense under Todd Monken. In the previous season, Fannin played 16 games, starting 13 and recording 72 receptions for 731 yards along with six touchdowns.
