Cleveland Browns wide receiver KC Concepcion earned the Maurice Bassett Award as the most outstanding rookie of training camp. The recognition follows a series of notable performances during team practices throughout the summer. General manager Andrew Berry drafted Concepcion in the first round to address the team's need for explosive playmakers following a 2025 season that lacked significant production after the catch. Concepcion joins Harold Fannin Jr. as a featured young target in the Cleveland passing attack.
