Bryce Young and Panthers' offense struggle in preseason debut against Bills

The Carolina Panthers' first-team offense had a difficult showing in their 2026 preseason opener against the Buffalo Bills. Quarterback Bryce Young played three drives, each ending in a three-and-out. Young completed three of five passes for 18 yards and was sacked once. The offensive line was missing key starters, impacting the team's performance. Young will not return to the game as backup Kenny Pickett steps in for the Panthers' next series.
