Buccaneers RBs Irving and Gainwell reach historic rushing milestone

Bucky Irving and Kenneth Gainwell of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers achieved a notable feat in the NFL by each recording at least 125 rushing yards in a game against the Atlanta Falcons on November 4, 2026. Their combined total of 310 rushing yards marks them as the fourth pair of teammates in NFL history to accomplish this, and the first since 1976. Irving contributed 170 yards while Gainwell added 140 yards, helping Tampa Bay establish a franchise record for rushing yards in a game at 324. This performance came against a Falcons defense that was ranked fourth against the run entering the match. Following this win, the Buccaneers improved to 3-5 on the season.
