Bucs rookie Jalon Daniels struggles in preseason loss to Jaguars

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fell 19-0 to the Jacksonville Jaguars in their preseason finale on August 28. Rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels entered the game with a chance to secure the No. 2 QB spot behind Baker Mayfield but completed only 8 of 15 passes for 57 yards and fumbled a snap. Daniels faced challenges with a makeshift offensive line, leading to a lack of offensive production. The Buccaneers' most significant injury occurred when linebacker Mohamed Kamara injured his knee in the third quarter.
