Buffalo Bills add no players as Cleveland Browns sign Toriano Pride Jr

The Buffalo Bills did not place any claims on the NFL waiver wire on Monday following their roster cut-down process. As a team with the 26th priority based on the 2026 NFL Draft order, Buffalo remained inactive while other teams adjusted their 53-man rosters. The Cleveland Browns utilized their sixth-priority position to acquire cornerback Toriano Pride Jr. who was one of Buffalo's 10 draft picks from this spring. Cleveland head coach Todd Monken indicated that the decision to sign the defensive back was influenced by observations made during recent joint practices between the two teams. Pride Jr. had been a candidate for the Buffalo practice squad prior to the claim.
