Daxon Rudolph has been drafted fourth overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2026 NHL Entry Draft. The defenceman from the Prince Albert Raiders was ranked fifth among North American skaters. He had an impressive season, scoring 28 goals and totaling 78 points in 68 games. During the playoffs, Rudolph led his team to the WHL Final with 27 points in 19 postseason games. Next season, he will join the University of Denver as he continues his development.
