Burton Albion signs winger Caylan Vickers from Brighton on two-year deal

Burton Albion completed the signing of winger Caylan Vickers from Brighton on September 1, 2026. The 21-year-old moves to the Pirelli Stadium for an undisclosed fee, agreeing to a two-year contract with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. Vickers brings experience from previous loan spells at Barnsley and Wigan Athletic during the prior season. Although he began his professional career at Reading and subsequently signed with Brighton, he did not make a first-team appearance for the Premier League side.
