BVB begins preseason training with player performance testing

Borussia Dortmund commenced its preseason activities on Sunday with performance testing for the first team. Coach Niko Kovac met with injured defender Nico Schlotterbeck, who is undergoing rehab. The squad, including players returning from the World Cup, engaged in medical assessments and fitness diagnostics. Future sessions will involve further athletic training. The first team training session is scheduled for Tuesday at 11 a.m., ahead of their first friendly match on July 18.
