Borussia Dortmund (BVB) unveiled their new third jersey for the 2026–27 season in Tokyo on July 30. The striking design features a bold purple base, deviating from the traditional black and yellow color scheme, yet maintains elements like neon yellow details. The presentation took place at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building as part of the BVB Evonik Japan Tour. A street soccer event, the 'BVB World Street Series', was also held nearby, allowing local children to compete while showcasing their skills. The new away jersey is now available at BVB and PUMA stores as well as online.
