Cal Fisher returns to FSU baseball with refined swing for fall ball

Summary

Cal Fisher prepares for Florida State's fall baseball season, starting October 16 against Jacksonville at Dick Howser Stadium. After a less-than-ideal performance last season, Fisher trained at Driveline instead of playing summer ball, focusing on technical improvements to his swing. His previous season yielded a.246 batting average and disappointing results for FSU, which finished 38-16 but was eliminated early in the ACC tournament. Fisher aims for better consistency this season ahead of critical fall matchups.
