Caleb Williams looks to build on success at Bears minicamp

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams aims to make substantial progress as the team opens mandatory minicamp on June 8, 2026. Entering his third NFL season under head coach Ben Johnson, Williams is fresh off a season in which he led the Bears to an 11-6 record and their first NFC North title since 2018. The Bears also secured their first playoff victory in 15 years last season, with Williams contributing significantly by completing 58.1% of his passes and scoring a total of 30 touchdowns. Focus will be on whether he can maintain that momentum as expectations rise with his inclusion on the cover of Madden NFL 27. As minicamp begins, the effectiveness of the Bears' revamped offensive line will also be scrutinized.
