Cam Newton welcomes Bryce Young to Carolina Panthers franchise history

Cam Newton extended a warm greeting to Bryce Young, the current starting quarterback for the Carolina Panthers, marking his entry into the franchise's history. Young is garnering early Most Valuable Player considerations after a standout performance where he threw for 329 yards and two touchdowns against the Detroit Lions. This achievement places Young as only the second quarterback in Panthers history to pass for over 300 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a prime-time game. Newton's encouragement comes as Young continues to elevate his play in his rookie season, leading to higher expectations for the Panthers moving forward.
