Cameron and Mayer prepare for super welterweight title fight in Birmingham

Chantelle Cameron and Mikaela Mayer conducted live media workouts in Birmingham ahead of their super welterweight title match on Saturday, August 29. Cameron, the WBO champion with a record of 22-1, faces unified champions Mayer (22-2) for the WBA and WBC titles. Cameron last fought in April, winning by unanimous decision, while Mayer’s last bout was in October 2025, also a unanimous decision victory.
