Capitals players engage in offseason training as Chara bids farewell

As the Washington Capitals gear up for the upcoming season, players are participating in various training activities. Dylan Strome showcased his skills in the 'Hockey Night in Brampton' charity game, while Tom Wilson trained with his son in Ontario. Zdeno Chara held a farewell skate in Slovakia, recreating his remarkable 108.8 MPH slapshot and leaving his skates on the ice as a tribute. The Capitals are set to start training camp in late September, with more players expected to return to MedStar Capitals Iceplex soon.
