Cardinals place DT Mustipher on IR and claim DT Martin

The Arizona Cardinals have placed defensive tackle P.J. Mustipher on injured reserve following a severe foot injury sustained during training camp. Mustipher will consequently miss the entire regular season. To address the defensive line's depth, the team has signed former Detroit Lions DT Brodric Martin, who joins after a variety of past transactions involving multiple teams. Martin was a third-round draft pick and has limited NFL experience, appearing in six games with one start.
