Cardinals place Joey Blount and Kenny Yeboah on injured reserve

The Arizona Cardinals have placed safety Joey Blount and tight end Kenny Yeboah on injured reserve, ending their seasons. Blount previously missed most of last season with a neck injury and sustained another serious injury during practice this week. Yeboah injured his hamstring in the Hall of Fame Game after signing with the team in June. Both players were potential candidates for the 53-man roster if healthy.
